1. Eligibility and Contest Period

• C’haya Raya Eid Mubarak Spot the Showlights  ("Contest") starts on 27th July 2012 and runs till  11.59pm , 25th August 2012 ("Contest Period").
• The Contest submission will be closed at 11.59pm Malaysian time, everyday throughout the contest period or such other time that Sunway shall decide from time to time. Entries received after the stipulated time will be ineligible for the daily winner prize draw.
• The submission of contest entries (contest form and receipt(s)) must be of the same day.
• This contest is open to all except employees of Sunway group of companies, employees of Sunway Education Group and employees of Monash University Sunway Campus and their immediate family members. Failure to provide true and accurate information will automatically disqualify the contestants from participating in the contest.

2. Contest Entries

• To participate in this Contest, the Contestant must spend a minimum of RM100 at Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa, Pyramid Tower Hotel, Sunway Pyramid or Sunway Lagoon per day. The original contest form must be attached with original receipt(s) failing which the entry will be disqualified and blacklisted.
• All entries must be submitted by attaching receipts (maximum 3 receipts) of a minimum spend of RM100 to the contest form. Contestants can drop in as many contest forms as possible but there will only be a ONE time winner everyday for the contest.
• The decision of the judges is final. No correspondence will be entertained.
• We reserve the right to amend, terminate or add on to the above terms and conditions at any time by placing a notice within the same general area in which the contest was announced.

3. Selection of Winners

• Winners are selected by drawing contest entries from the contest drop box. Only one winner will be drawn daily throughout the Contest period.
• For contest entries submitted on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays,three (3) draws will be conducted the following day (Monday) for winners on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
• All winners will be notified via email and phone call. Please ensure all e-mail addresses and phone numbers submitted are valid. Winners must be in contact with us (via phone or email) within 7 days upon receiving the notification email. If we do not receive any reply within 7 days from the date of notification being sent out, the winner will be disqualified. We shall, at its own discretion, select an alternate winner in the event of non-compliance of the stipulated terms and conditions.
• We will make every reasonable effort to notify winners. Winners are responsible for their own prize collection. Prizes that remain unclaimed by the winner within certain period of time mentioned in the notification e-mail will be forfeited.
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes having an equal or greater monetary value as the prize offered in the contest notice.

4. Contest Prizes

• Each Contest winner shall be entitled to one (1) prize only throughout the Contest period.
• Prizes must be claimed in person unless we advise otherwise. Identification which includes a photograph will be required for verification purposes only (examples include identification card/drivers license/passport which displays a photograph of the Contest winner).
• In special situations, that a Contest winner cannot claim the prizes in person he/she may nominate a designated representative to collect a prize. The representative will be required to present written authorization from the Contest winner and a photocopy of identification which includes a photograph of both the Contest winner and their representative.

5. Publicity

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow his/her name or photographs to be published on this website and other media like newspapers, magazines, newsletters, and other related medium. If you do not want us to publish your name or photograph please notify us immediately upon being notified that you are a winner.

6. Liability

•  We will not be responsible or liable for:
• (i) any problem, loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in receiving and sending the entry form as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure experience by the participating internet line and/or resulting from participation or the downloading of any materials in the Contest. In the event of such error, interruption and or failure, we shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any Contestant to participate in the Contest at any time.
• (ii) any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any Contestant, or their authorized representatives resulting from their participation in the Contest.
• (iii) any error (including error in notification of Contest winners), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, internet line failure, theft, destruction of, or unauthorized access to entries, computer and/or smartphone problems whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
