- Member must update their personal data .i.e. email address, contact number, residential address for Club's communication purposes. Member can do so at SLC's Reception Counter.
- Members with accumulated outstanding amout of more than RM 250 unpaid for a period of Ninety (90) days from the billing date will be SUSPENDED from using club facilities.
- Members are reminded to replace their old membership cards with the new membership access card before 31 May 2011.
- Members MUST bring a towel when utilizing the gym facilities; this is for hygiene purposes of other members. NO GUESTS are allowed to use the gym after 5.00pm daily.
- REMINDER!! Proper footwear for ALL COURT GAMES: Non – Marking Court Shoes MUST be worn all times in the courts.
- REMINDER!! Overnight parking charges is at RM 10.00 per night. Please complete the form and pay at the Reception Counter. Otherwise, your car will be clamped and a fine of RM 50.00 will be imposed.
- Car Sticker will not be issued for Y2011 as we are in the mist of rectifying the access card system. The targeted date for completion is by 30 April 2011.
