This contest is open to all registered Sunway World Club online members who are Malaysian citizens, aged 18 and above. All Sunway employees, their family members and other agencies / organizations dealing with Sunway are not eligible to participate in the contest. Failure to provide true and accurate information will automatically disqualify the contestants from participating in the contest. |

All entries must be submitted using the online contest entry form. Contestants can only submit the result once. |

Winners are selected at the sole discretion of Contest
Administrator based on the shortest time spent in completing
the game. Whoever is caught participating in this contest
by not following the contest rules or instructions, your
entry will be disqualified and thus score will be automatically
removed from the top-scorers list. Furthermore, you will
be added into the blacklisted list and banned from participating
in any of our future contests.

The Contest Administrator's decision is final. No correspondence will be entertained. |

All winners will be notified via email. Therefore, please ensure that all e-mail addresses submitted are valid. Winners must be in contact with Sunway admin (via phone or email) within 7 days upon receiving the notification email. If Sunway does not receive any reply within 7 days from the date notification being sent out, the winner will be disqualified. The Contest Administrator shall, at its own discretion, select an alternate winner in the event of non-compliance of this terms and conditions. |

Sunway will make every reasonable effort to notify winners. Winners are responsible for their own prize collection. Prizes that remain unclaimed by the winner within certain period of time mentioned in the notification e-mail will be forfeited. |

Prizes are subject to change without notice and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sunway reserves the right to substitute prizes having an equal or greater monetary value as the prize offered in the contest notice. |

Sunway reserves the right to change any aspect of the Contest or terminate the contest anytime by placing a notice within the same general area in which the contest was announced. |

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow his/her name or photographs to be published on this website and other media like newspapers, magazines, newsletters and other related medium. |

By participating in this contest, the participant agrees to a full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All entries become the property of the Contest Administrator and may be used for marketing purposes by the Contest Administrator and Contest Organizers. The Contest Administrator and Organizers fully reserves the right of such publication. |

Contestants agree that the Contest Administrator, Contest Organizers and its respective agents shall not be is not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from you participating in the Contest due to computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the Prizes or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware, software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Contestants assume liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in the Contest, or the use or misuse of the Prize. Sunway World Club reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sunway World Club, corrupt the administration, security or proper registration of this Contest. |
