- This
contest ends on 29th February 2008. All entries entered after
this date will not be considered.
- This
contest is open to all registered Sunway World Club online members
who are Malaysia citizens, aged 18 and above. All Sunway employees,
their family members and other agencies / organizations dealing
with Sunway are not eligible to participate in the contest. Failure
to provide true and accurate information will automatically disqualify
the contestants from participating in the contest.
- All
entries must be submitted online. Contestants can play as many
times as possible but only ONE time of score submission is allowed.
However, once the score submitted, contestants are NOT ALLOWED
to participate in the online game contest.
- Winners
are selected based on the highest number of points collected during
the entire game. In the event of tie-breaker, participant with
earlier entry submission will be selected.
- Contestants
who do not follow the contest rules and regulations or participated
in the contest via own written scripts or public available tools
will be disqualified and blacklisted.
- If
the scores submitted are not genuine, contestants will be disqualified
and blacklisted. The decision of the judges is final. No correspondence
will be entertained.
- Sunway
reserves the right to amend, delete or add to the above terms
and conditions at any time withour prior notice.
- All
winners will be notified via email. Please ensure all e-mail addresses
submitted are valid. Winners must be in contact with Sunway admin
(via phone or email) within 7 days upon receiving the notification
email. If Sunway does not receive any reply within 7 days from
the date notification being sent out, the winner will be disqualified.
Sunway shall, at its own discretion, select an alternate winner
in the event of non-compliance of this terms and conditions.
- Sunway
will make every reasonable effort to notify winners. Winners are
responsible for their own prize collection. Prizes that remain
unclaimed by the winner within certain period of time mentioned
in the notification e-mail will be forfeited.
- Prizes
are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Sunway
reserves the right to change any aspect of the Contest or terminate
the contest anytime by placing a notice within the same general
area in which the contest was announced.
- Sunway
reserves the rights to substitute prizes having an equal or greater
monetary value as the prize offered in the contest notice.
- By
accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow his/her name or
photographs to be published on this website and other media like
newspapers, magazines, newsletters and other related medium.
- By
participating in this contest, your information will be shared
by sponsor to keep you inform on their latest news, exclusive
promotions and so forth.
