1. Register yourself at Sunway.com.my/pyramid as a member (free registration).
2. If you are a sunway.com.my/pyramid online member, login yourself with your username and password. If you yet to become our online member, click the 'Register Now' to register yourself.
   
3. Browse through our gift vouchers denominations and click to select your voucher amount.
4. Enter your recipient email name, email address, message.
5. If you wish to send him/her an electronic greeting card, then select the "Send Card' and select the card design. Once done click on 'Submit'
6. Click on the box to agree on the terms and conditions.
7. Click on the 'Pay Now' button to make payment via Credit Card. We accept Visa International and MasterCard International powered by Alliance Bank :
   
   · Enter your credit card number, expiry date & CVV number.
   · Click on 'Submit' button to proceed with the payment.
   · If you encounter any problems, kindly contact 603-5639 8798 (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm) for assistance.
   
   
8. Once your payment is approved by the bank, an email will be sent to you confirming the successful payment and to the recipient to pickup the gift voucher.
   

1. Click on the link provided in the e-mail to pick up your gift voucher.
   
2. Enter your name and identity card no according to your identity card.
   
3. Choose your favorite outlet (ONE) from the participating tenants listing and print out the gift voucher. Bring your printed voucher and make redemption at the selected outlet in Sunway Pyramid.
   
4. Bring along your identity card for verification upon redemption.
