- Payment being made does not mean that your transaction has been accepted. We will only send confirmation via email for purchases that has been verified as genuine.

- You will not get the e-gift voucher instantly. You will only receive the e-gift voucher via email from us once your payment has been accepted/processed by the bank. We will need at least one banking day to confirm the status of the payment. The one banking day confirmation doest not apply when your purchases is made during eve or on public holidays including state of Selangor's public holidays. Subsequently, the eticket will be delivered to your email address as registered at our web site with conditions as below:-
i) On next banking/working day if payment is made from Monday to Thursday (e.g. Purchase on Monday, e-gift voucher will be delivered on Tuesday and so on).
ii) On following Monday if purchases is made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
ii) On next banking/working day if purchases is made on Public Holidays including public holidays in the state of Selangor.
*The above conditions do not apply when your purchases is made during eve or on public holidays including state of Selangor's public holidays.

- Sunway shall not be responsible or liable for any damages (whether, direct, indirect, special or consequential), late or non-delivery of e-gift voucher, loss, embarrassment, goodwill expenses or loss of profit incurred or suffered by you in the following circumstances:
- This website not being available;
- The email address is incorrect;
- Refusal from you (should such situations occur, the purchase is considered delivered & no refunds will be made);
- During non-banking day or non-working days;
Any access, use or inability to access or use this website and/or any other website linked to this website;
- Any failure, delays in transmission, interruption, errors, omission or breakdown of any equipment, system, server software or terminal of Sunway or of the payment gateway;
- Attack or interference by any computer virus, corruption, worms or by any person;
- Improper or unauthorized use of this website, through your username and password or any other of your security codes;
- The taking and compliance of any of your requests or instructions via this website or any of its affiliate websites;
- Any inaccuracies, errors, defects of any content of this website or other websites linked to this website;
- Any technical malfunction of your computer terminal, systems or software used in accessing this website;
- The destruction or alteration of your request, data or information transmitted by you to Sunway or its affiliate websites;
Natural disaster, violence, warlike situations and/or any other reasons beyond our control

- Sunway electronic gift voucher service is provided by Sunway Pyramid Sdn Bhd.

- Once a Sunway e-gift voucher has been sent, no modifications may be made to that e-gift voucher.
|

- Sunway is not responsible for unauthorized gift voucher redemptions resulting from inaccurate and incomplete delivery information and fraudulent modifications to a downloaded gift voucher.

| |
- Sunway e-gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred.
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
- Sunway e-gift vouchers may be redeemed only at the participating tenants outlet at Sunway Pyramid.

- You shall not impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or any other person by using the name, address, credit card information, e-mail address of login name and password of any other user or person for any reason whatsoever without prior consent or forge a header or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origins of an e-mail.

- Sunway reserves the right to request additional information or documentation from time to time for verification purpose.
|

- You shall immediately notify Sunway if it comes to your knowledge that your password has been compromised or there has been unauthorized use of your account or e-gift voucher.

|
| |
- Sunway reserves the right not to honor any online sales transaction if we have reason to believe that the transaction is fraudulent and if you have failed to provide accurate and complete information at the time of application.
|

|
|
| |
- No cancellation will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase. Cancellation will only be permitted in the event of a duplicate transaction and each case will be reviewed separately before acceptance. A charge of RM 3.00 or 3% whichever is higher will be imposed on the total transacted amount for each cancellation made and the charged amount will be deducted upon reimbursement to issuer bank.
