Cheques or credit card payments should be made payable to Sunway Healthy Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd. 4. When will my payments be due and how will I know when it is due? Your monthly instalments (if applicable) will be due by the 1st or 16th of the month (depending on the date of purchase) and your Re-enrolment Fees will be due on the first day of the next Anniversary Year.
