Q: What is Sunway Online Ticketing?

Sunway Online Ticketing is a service provided by Sunway Lagoon Theme Park and Lost World of Tambun Water Theme Park allowing customers to purchase Sunway Lagoon Theme Park and Lost World of Tambun Water Theme Park tickets via the Internet.

 

Q: I wish to purchase Sunway Lagoon Theme Park and/or Lost World of Tambun Water Theme Park tickets online, how do I go about it?
First, you have to register as a Sunway World Club member. Click here to register as a Sunway World Club member. For first time buyer, please refer to How it Works for the step-by-step purchase demo guide.

Secondly, you have to make the payment online. You have the options to make the payment as follows:

1. If you are a Maybank2u registered member, please choose Payment Option 1, powered by Maybank2u and pay via your savings/current account or local Visa/Master credit cards registered with Maybank2u.

2. You may also choose Payment Option 2, which is powered by Alliance bank and pay via any Visa International / Master International credit cards.

3. Alternatively, if you are CIMB Clicks registered member, you may choose Payment Option 3, which is powered by CIMB Bank and pay via your savings/current account.

4. Alternatively, you may choose Payment Option 4, which is powered by FPX and pay via your savings/current account.

Kindly take note that you are not able to purchase Sunway Lagoon Theme Park and Lost World of Tambun Water Theme Park tickets in one transaction. You have to purchase them in separate transactions.

 

Q: What is Sunway World Club membership?
Sunway World Club membership is a free online membership that allows registered members to enjoy interactive features available at all Sunway web sites. For instance, the sending of e-greeting cards, the posting of classified ads, latest event updates alert via email, participate in e-contests and purchase of online tickets or e-gift vouchers.
 

Q: Who can purchase Sunway tickets online?
Anyone with an email account, has a registered account with Maybank or has a credit card can make an online purchase.
 

Q: How do I make a payment? What are the payment options available?

There are Three(3) payment options available. You have to make a payment online using one of the following payment gateways:

Option 1 : Powered by Maybank2u
You have to be a Maybank2u.com registered users and you may pay via your Maybank savings account, current account, credit card and other types of credit cards - Visa and Master credit cards issued by banks and financial institutions incorporated in Malaysia.

Option 2 : Powered by Alliance Bank
Pay by any Visa international & Master international credit cards.

Option 3 : Powered by CIMB Bank
You have to be a CIMB Clicks registered users and you may pay via your CIMB savings or current account.

Option 4: Powered by FPX
Pay via FPX using your savings or current account.

 

Q: How do I know if my online purchase from your web site has been acknowledged? Will I get my ticket voucher instantly?
You will not get the eticket instantly. You will only receive the eticket via email from us once your payment has been accepted/processed by the bank. We will need at least one banking day to confirm the status of the payment. The one banking day confirmation doest not apply when your purchases is made during eve or on public holidays including state of Selangor's public holidays. Subsequently, the eticket will be delivered to your email address as registered at our web site with conditions as below:-

i) On the next banking/working day if payment is made from Monday to Thursday (e.g. Purchase on Monday, eticket will be delivered on Tuesday and so on).
ii) On the following Monday if purchases is made from Friday to Sunday.
ii) On the next banking/working day if purchases is made on Public Holidays including public holidays in the state of Selangor.

 

Q: What should I do when I receive the confirmation email with eticket link/s?
To retrieve the eticket, just click on the link/s provided in the email and print out the eticket for redemption.
 

Q: What if I do not receive eticket via email after the next day of purchase?

You have to contact our Customer Service Hotline at 603-5639 8798 or email us at worldclub@sunway.com.my. Our hotline is available from 9am to 6pm every Mondays to Fridays.

Alternatively, you can log on to www.sunway.com.my/onlineticketing and click on 'Purchase History' to print out your eTicket. The page will only shows your last 6 month's purchase history.

 

Q: What if I lose the email with eticket link or the voucher printout?
You may contact our online ticketing Customer Service Hotline at 603-5639 8798 or email us at worldclub@sunway.com.my. Our hotline is available from 9am to 6pm every Monday to Friday. Our team will be happy to assist you.
 

Q: Can I cancel my purchase order after I have made a payment? Will I get a refund?
No cancellation will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase. Cancellation will only be permitted in the event of a duplicate transaction and each case will be reviewed separately before acceptance. A charge of RM 3.00 or 3% whichever is higher will be imposed on the total transacted amount for each cancellation made and the charged amount will be deducted upon reimbursement to issuer bank.
 
Q: Can I ask someone else to collect the tickets on my behalf?

Q: Do I need to specify my visitation date?
No. You do not need to specify your visitation date.
 

Q: Is there any validity date for the online ticket purchased?
Yes. The eticket is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.
 

Q: Can I extend my eticket's expiry date stated in the voucher?
No. We do not allow any extension on eticket's expiry date.
 

Q: How do I redeem my entrance ticket with the ticket voucher?
Bring along the printed copy of the eticket with your identification card (Malaysian) or photocopy of passport (Non-Malaysian) and proceed to the ticketing counter to redeem against the entrance wristband.
 

Q: What is the age limit qualification for a Child ticket?
For Sunway Lagon Theme Park, children denote child above 90cm and aged 11 and below or Senior Citizen aged 60 and above. Children below 90cm height, the admission is free.
For Lost World of Tambun Water Theme Park, children denote child age below 12 years old. Children below 90cm is free of charge.
 

Q: Does Sunway Lagoon All Park ticket includes admission to all rides in both Dry and Wet park? Do I need to pay extra for the individual rides in the theme park?
Yes. All rides in both Dry and Wet Park are included for All Park ticket admission. You do not need to pay extra for the rides. However, tubes, surfboards and body boards are on rental basis. Please click here to view the rental charges.
 

Q: Are the tickets purchased online valid for use during school holidays and public holidays?
Yes. You can utilise your tickets any day you want before the 6-month valid period is up.
