Responsibilities
- Provide warm and sincere welcome/farewell for all guests
- Open Doors
- Give directions and explain services available in the mall
- Assist with the loading and unloading of shopping items from car
- Guide guests to the mall
- Keep entrance to mall clear
- Maintain standard of mall at the front entrances

Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills
- General knowledge of neighbouring locations and major routes
- Friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work while standing and walking for extended periods.
- Experience in the service industry preferably in the hospitality industry

- Execute daily operations of Concierge
- Advise management on customer service issues and recommend appropriate actions
- Provide mall services support while maintaining current mall service efforts

| Requirements |

- SPM with at least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity / with a reputable shopping mall / service / hospitality industry
- Demonstrates teamwork yet able to work individually to achieve objectives
- Meticulous, analytical and able to identify customer service issues and address the issues tactfully
- Articulate, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
