To carry out periodically audit at tenants outlet to ensure the hygiene and safety standard is in line with the managements level.
To provide administrative support to the Manager of the department.
To maintain effective communication (i.e. memos, email, meetings) with tenants to achieve operation excellence.
To maintain the current database of tenants historical data. (Data entry and maintenance)
To take ownership of task assigned and propose solutions to issues encountered.
Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Management/Architecture/Civil Engineeing/Science & Technology or its equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 year of relevant working experience preferably those with experience in shopping centre or service-oriented industry. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Literate in computer applications (MS Excel and Office)
Required skill(s): Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work individually will be an added advantage.
Preferred skill(s): Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
