| Responsibilities |
- Provide application support and assistance.
- Study and analyze user requirements, business processes mapping, transform business requirement into system specification.
- Project management and implementation of new modules and enhancements.
- Develop, design and enhance reports to meet users’ requirements.
- Responsible for SQL database administration and maintenance.
- Responsible for programs deliverables.
- Responsible for user training/workshops.
- Promote and create IT awareness to encourage use of IT.
- Conduct post review to gather users' feedback by identifying areas required further improvement.

| Requirements |
- Degree in IT or equivalent with at least 2 year of working experience.
- Experience in the mall/property management industry would be an added advantage.
- Required Skills: Ms SQL 2000/2005 and Report Design tools such as Crystal Report.
- Basic knowledge in programming will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
- Good project management skills.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Resourceful, innovative and always seek opportunities to enhance IT processes.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE– PUBLIC RELATIONS (MALL SERVICES)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
| Responsibilities |
- Identify, develop and execute mall services while maintaining current mall service efforts
- Advise management on mall service issues and recommend appropriate actions
- Provide customer service support to daily operations
- Collaborate with Group Public Affairs on Group efforts
- Execute Corporate Social Responsibility efforts
- Handle tours and presentations for visiting delegates
- Arrange external video/photography session to increase marketing revenue, brand awareness and promote goodwill

| Requirements |
- Diploma/BA in ommunication/Marketing/Hospitality with at least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity
- Demonstrates teamwork yet able to work individually to achieve objectives
- Meticulous, analytical and able to identify customer service issues and address the issues tactfully
- Articulate, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both verbal and written) will be an advantage

- SPM with at least 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity / with a reputable shopping mall / service / hospitality industry / retail
- Demonstrates teamwork yet able to work individually to achieve objectives
- Excellent personality & interpersonal communication skills
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
