ADVANCE FEE PAYMENT
Your must pay all lesson fees in advance for the schedule lessons . This is especially true after lessons are completed and you wish to continue the following week. If students in a class forget to re - book on their 5th / final lessons, they may lose their class space on the ice as the demand for space is always very high.
CLASS STARTING TIME
All classes must begin and finish on time. Please come at least 30 minutes in advance to prepare for the lessons.
SKATING LESSON
All lessons taught at Sunway Pyramid Ice have a fixed starting and ending date.
Due to Group and Semi - Private lessons has more than 1 skater in the class , replacement or refund will not be made for those who absent for the lesson conducted.
Each course ( 5 lessons ) should finish in 2 months from the start date of the first lesson. Cancellation should be 24 hours prior to the start of lesson . The make - up lesson is entirely at the discreation of the coach. In lessons, practice and /or music programs during public sessions , coaches and students must always be aware of public skaters.
Lessons scheduling is administrated entirely by the Skating Academy . Any lessons conducted ON and OFF the ice must be registered and attendence marked. Therefore , would be best to process your request through the Skating Academy to avoid disappointment.
USAGE OF ICE
When sanctioned by the Skating Academy, student skating to music has priority on ice but has responsibility for watching out for public skaters. It may or may not be possible for students to complete all the maneuvers without people on the way. It is possible after zamboni exhibition time but not during practice session.
Coaches and students in lesson have next priority on ice usage . They must be aware of program being done and try to stay out of the way if possible.
Other practice students have responsibility to avoid and stay out of the way for students doing program and students having lesson.

STUDENT PRACTICE CREDIT ( SPC )( Valid For 2 Months Only , from the date of purchase ))
As an active students you are permitted to purchase discount practice credits. Once purchased,they are not refundable or transferable to any other person . You are not allowed to purchase new practice credits after you finish all your lessons . Kindly re-enrol your class and stay active for you to continue to enjoy the privilege of student practice credits.
LOCKER RENTAL
Please use the locker rental !
Monthly rental is available . Everyone is encouraged to use lockers to store valuable items. Our rink is not responsible for the loss of properties.
FOR PARENTS
The teaching of small children is never easy , especially when other kids are around and in the open environment at the ice rink . The coaches' effectiveness is based on students dependence on their coach. Parents standing next to the barrier will become a major distraction to the child. The child is always aware that the parent will indulge their every needs. So please stay away from the sight of the child.
REFUND POLICY
Lessons , once started are not refundable or transferable to other person . We advice you to always note your personal schedule before booking lessons . Refund will only be given to anyone wishing to cancel before lessons begin once the original receipt is returned.
