  • During your birthday month, Cardholders are entitled to skate for FREE (1 time only). Not applicable for Public Holidays.
  • Cardholders are allowed to purchase only one (1) ticket per day.

Terms & Conditions
  
  • The card is valid for one year only and can be renewed with RM20.00 payment per annum.
  • A fee of RM40.00 is chargeable for any replacement of lost or damaged card.
  • Sunway Pyramid Ice reserves the right to alter and amend these terms and conditions as it deems fit at its absolute discretion and without prior notice.
  • The Sunway Pyramid Ice Membership Card is not transferable and cannot be shared by any other third party.
  • By accepting the Card, the Cardholder shall be deemed to have given their consent to allow Sunway Pyramid Ice or their respective holding companies, subsidiaries, associates or related corporations to use, process, disclose, transfer or to deal with the Cardholder’s Database in whatever manner and for whatever purposes as Sunway Pyramid Ice shall deem fit without further notice or for the purposes of disclosure under the law or any court order or other governmental or regulatory bodies.
  • If Sunway Pyramid Membership Card Programme is suspended or terminated for whatever reasons, Sunway Pyramid Ice shall not be liable to the Cardholders for whatever losses or damages that may be suffered by the Cardholders in furtherance to the suspension or termination.

  • Member’s benefits are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Use and entitlement of Sunway Pyramid Ice Membership card benefits and privileges are governed by all Terms & Conditions as stipulated in the card.
  • By using Sunway Pyramid Ice Membership Card, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understand and agreed with the terms and conditions of the Membership Card.
  • The Cardholders shall immediately inform Sunway Leisure Sdn Bhd (Sunway Pyramid Ice) once their Card is discovered to be lost, stolen or damaged. The lost, stolen or damaged Card will be replaced subject to payment of the prevailing replacement fees. Upon notification, Sunway Leisure Sdn Bhd will terminate the lost, stolen or damaged Card within reasonable time without further notice to the relevant Cardholder.
  • Sunway Leisure Sdn Bhd reserves the right to send to the Cardholder promotion materials or any marketing forms that may be carried out by Sunway Leisure Sdn Bhd or their respective holding companies, subsidiaries, associates or related companies. The Cardholder shall give written notice to Sunway Leisure Sdn Bhd if the Cardholder prefers not to receive any promotion materials.
  • The Cardholder shall not hold Sunway Leisure Sdn Bhd liable for any losses or damages either directly or indirectly that may be suffered by the Cardholder arising from error in the promotion materials.
  • Sunway Leisure Sdn Bhd is not responsible for withdrawals of the Merchants from the Programme. Participating Merchants are subject to change anytime without prior notice.
  • Sunway Leisure Sdn Bhd also reserves the right to terminate the privileges and withdraw the cards from use at any time without prior notice.
  • The T&C shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of the Territory and the parties hereto agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Territory.
  • All fees paid under these T&C are not refundable unless otherwise provided.
  • To the full extent permitted by law, Sunway Leisure Sdn Bhd hereby disclaims any and all such warranties, representations or statements or given by the Merchant of the Programme, condition of the Merchant’s Outlets, the Benefits or Rewards. The Cardholder shall waive all claims against Sunway Leisure Sdn Bhd arising from such disputes.
