Do you need a quick solution to a technical problem? With our live remote-assistance tool, a member of our support team can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to get you on your way to a solution.

How to Get Support:

How It Works:

Step 1:  Simply type your support request or the nature of your problem in the box below. Then click the Submit button. It will be sent to the relevant support team.
Step 2:  Your support team will analyze the severity of your support request and either schedule a live remote assistance with you promptly or based on first-come first-serve basis.
Step 3:  One of our support representatives will response to your support request via email stating the time and date of the support; and the URL where you can click on and lead you the the live remote assistance.
Step 4:  Follow the URL link and you may run your Skype to communicate with your support representative who will guide you through easily.
Step 5:  It may take a few times for you to familiarize and know-how to control this live remote assistance.
