Two of the residential developments associated with Sunway City Berhad have won the coveted Singapore’s BCA Green Mark awards. Sunway Palazzio at Sri Hartamas has been awarded the prestigious BCA Green Mark Gold Award (provisional), while Sunway Challis Damansara has won the BCA Green Mark Certified Award (provisional). Sunway Palazzio, is the first high-rise residential development in Malaysia to be awarded the Green Mark Gold Award, while Sunway Challis Damansara, is the first landed residential development in Malaysia to be awarded the Green Mark Certified Award.
