- CHANGE OF SUBSIDIARY'S NAME FROM SUNWAY PILING SDN BHD TO SUNWAY GEOTECHNICS (M) SDN BHD
Please be informed that Sunway Piling Sdn Bhd (Company No. 414014-W), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway Holdings Berhad (formerly known as Sunway Holdings Incorporated Berhad), has changed its name to
Sunway Geotechnics (M) Sdn Bhd with effect from 11 January 2008. Kindly inform all your bankers, business associates, staff in respect of the change of name.
The principal activity of Sunway Geotechnics (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Sunway Piling Sdn Bhd) is manufacturing of concrete bricks and pavers.
Please note that pursuant to Section 121 (1A) of the Companies Act, 1965, the Company is required to insert its former name beneath its new name i.e.
Sunway Geotechnics (M) Sdn Bhd [Formerly known as Sunway Piling Sdn Bhd] (Company No. 414014-W) on all documents, business letters, statement of accounts, invoices, official notices, publications, bills of exchange, promissory notes, endorsements, cheques, orders, receipts, letters of credit, etc.
for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of change.
