- LETTER OF AWARD FOR RM15.6 MILLION FROM DELTA HEIGHTS SDN BHD
The Board of Directors of Sunway is pleased to announce that Sunway Geotechnics (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Sunway Piling Sdn Bhd), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway, has been awarded a contract worth RM15.6 million from Delta Heights Sdn Bhd for the substructure works for "Cadangan membina sebuah bangunan pejabat 19 tingkat yang mengandungi 12 tingkat pejabat, 1 tingkat aras tanah, 1 tingkat restoran, 1 tingkat ruang mekanikal & dek bumbung, 4 tingkat tempat letak kereta dan 2 aras tempat letak kereta bawah tanah di atas Lot 450, Seksyen 67, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan" (hereinafter referred to as "the Proposed Project").
The Proposed Project is targeted to be fully completed by 20 December 2008 with a construction period of approximately 8 months. It is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Group for the financial year ending 2008 onwards.
None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Sunway or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the Proposed Project.
