- ACQUISITION OF SHARES BY SUNWAY CONCRETE PRODUCTS (S) PTE LTD, A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF SUNWAY
We wish to inform that Sunway Concrete Products (S) Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunway had on 23 April 2008, acquired two (2) ordinary shares of S$1/- each, representing 100% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Sunway Developments Pte Ltd ("SDPL") for a total cash consideration of S$ 2/-.
SDPL was incorporated in Singapore on 8 July 2004 and its paid-up share capital is S$2/-. SDPL is presently dormant but its intended principal activity is property development.
This announcement is dated 28 April 2008.
