Our International Help Desk, located on the Ground Floor of the hospital, is with you every step of the way. Services we provide are:
1. Medical problems - handling in sorting out the right specialist treatment.
2. Provide estimated cost and duration of stay for requested procedure.
3. Assist in medical transfer to Malaysia.
4. Welcome and assist patient upon arrival in hospital.
5. Provide transport for patient/family member to/from hospital within 5 km radius.
6. Assist in personal request for general screening checks and collection of results.
7. Visiting patient during their hospital stay.
8. Provide 24 hours services whenever assistance is needed.
9. Assist in admission and discharge for patient.
10. Assist in booking of hotel.
11. Arrange for a second opinion (international standard) wherever necessary.
12. Assist with necessary medical documents in extending of visa stay in Malaysia.
13. Assist in the necessary documents for insurance claim.
14. Assist and provide air flight ticket booking via E booking system.
15. Arrange for a medical report from doctor for change in date of flight ticket due to unforeseen prolonged medical stay.
16. Arrange taxi transportation for patient and family members for their return to their home country.
