The
Sunway Group today has a total work force reaching almost 4,500
employees.
Nearly 45% of these are in the managerial and executive roles,
of which about 38% have been with the Group for more than five
years. Amongst the non-executives the figure for long
service employees is approximately 60%.
The Sunway Group ethnic composition of 34% Malays, 17% Indians
and 32% Chinese portrays a truly diverse Malaysian identity
giving shape to a unique corporate culture within the Group.
And with the advent of information technology, employee relations
will increasingly play an important part in our resource planning
to contribute to the success of the Group. |
