    What is SMART?

SMART is an acronym for the Sunway Managerial Advancement for Recruited Talents. It is a programme that is part of the Group’s Talent Management and Development (TMD) initiatives. The main objective of the programme is to ensure that we will have the leadership continuity to manage our business. As the War for Talent intensifies in the marketplace, organisations with roadmaps for sourcing, developing and deploying talents will be at the forefront of the competition. Hence, embarking on a SMART programme to accelerate job competence at the Entry Level aims to better manage the development of our “young” talent.
     
     
    How do I qualify?
   

You should be a Graduate from recognised universities, colleges or similar institutions of higher learning, 25 years of age and meet the following criteria.

Academic & Extracurricular Credentials

     
   
  • Excellent academic qualifications - At least a 2nd Class Upper / CGPA 3.30 or equivalent
  • Bachelors degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Engineering (Civil/Structural), Quantity Surveying, Construction Management and other related disciplines.
     
   

Personality

     
   
  • A balanced and pleasant disposition, able to communicate effectively in English both in writing and verbal and possess self-confidence.
  • Robust individual who does not give up in the face of adversity, has the ability to maintain a positive outlook in life, works productively and inspires others.
