SMART is an acronym for the Sunway
Managerial Advancement for Recruited Trainees. The purpose of SMART is to recruit,
train and retain the best Malaysian graduates from institutions of higher learning,
in preparation for key managerial positions within The Sunway Group.
Our programme aims to provide opportunities to young, well-rounded and ambitious
individuals to develop a balance of functional excellence, managerial skills and
a sharp commercial perspective, which will inevitably enable them to effectively
lead and deal with future issues within The Sunway Group.
Under this
programme, trainees will undergo training modules as Management Trainees. They
will be prepared to master selected functions, assume important roles in the business
world and consistently perform to the highest standards.
Successful trainees
will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package and an opportunity to
pursue a fast-track career within The Sunway Group. |
