Change of name from Sungei Way Holdings Berhad to Sunway Holdings Incorporated Berhad on 13/12/1999, and from Sunway Holdings Incorporated Berhad to Sunway Holdings Berhad on 3 December 2007.

Listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Properties) on 08/07/1996. Incorporated on 13/07/1982 in Malaysia. Change of name from Sri Jasa Sdn Bhd to Sri Jasa Development Corporation Sdn Bhd on 01/12/1986; from Sri Jasa Development Corporation Sdn Bhd to Bandar Sunway Sdn Bhd on 25/07/1987; converted into a public company on 24/07/1995; and change of name from Bandar Sunway Berhad to Sunway City Berhad on 02/04/1996.
