| 1. When can I start using my Points entitlement? |
You can start using
your Vacation Points after the 10 days cooling-off period and upon
payment of 30% of the Purchase Price. However, you can also enjoy
using half of your Vacation Points with a minimum deposit payment
of 20% of the purchase price.

| 2. How do I use the Points Chart? |
The points allocation
is based on the following criteria,
a) Accommodation Type – size, maximum occupancy
b) Season – Super Peak, Peak and Normal
c) Location
d) Demand
The bigger the accommodation type and the higher the maximum
occupancy per unit, the higher the points allocation/value per
night will be for it.Super Peak periods would require higher points allocation compared
to the Peak and Normal seasons. Accommodation during weekends
will also require more points compared to weekdays.

| 3. Where can I view the Points Chart? |
You can view the Points
Chart in the Membership Guide provided to you upon your enrolment
as a Member of the Sunway International Vacation Club.
You can also view the Points Chart in our DREAMS newsletter, which
will be sent to you twice a year. |

| 4. How can I ascertain the balance of my Vacation
Points at any one time? |

You may contact our
Member Services Advisors who will be glad to assist you on any information
pertaining to your Membership that you may require. |

| 5. If I did not utilise my Vacation Points for this
year, can I carry forward this entitlement to the following year? |
Yes you may. However
this privilege is applicable for Diamond Memberships only and based
on the following criteria:
A maximum of 50% of your Vacation Points from the previous year
can be accrued and it will automatically be carried forward to the
following year. However, if you do not use the accrued points in the
current year, the unutilised accrued points will be forfeited.
The Annual Maintenance Fee for the previous and current year must
be fully paid before your Vacation Points can be utilized.
Note: Accrual is not allowed for Platinum Membership. |

| 6. Can I make a reservation using my next year’s Vacation
Points? |
Yes, you may if you
have settled 50% of your membership fees and paid your Annual Maintenance
Fee for the current and advanced year.
For Diamond Membership, you are entitled to advance Vacation Points
up to a maximum of two years. As for Platinum Membership, you are
entitled to advance your Vacation Points up to a maximum of one
year. |

| 7. Is there any validity period for my Vacation Points?
If yes, when will the points expire? |
Yes there is. Your
Vacation Points are valid for a period of twelve months starting
from your agreement/ anniversary date.
For example, the date of your membership agreement is 15/5/2008.
Therefore, your Vacation Points for 2008 is from 15/5/2008 and will
expire on 14/5/2009. |
