PAYMENT GUIDELINES

You may choose to pay your in-house installment and annual maintenance fee either by CASH, CHEQUE, CREDIT CARD OR ONLINE. Here are the guidelines:

Payment Mode
Walk In
Pay by CASH/CHEQUE at SIVC headquarters or any of our branches. Please ensure that you receive an official receipt upon payment.
Via Bank Transaction
Bank-in CASH over the counter at any of Maybank branches.
 
Bank-in CHEQUE over the counter at any of the Maybank branches.
Via Telephone
Call SIVC Credit Control Department. Only your CREDIT CARD number and the expiry date are required to make a payment. (Payment by CREDIT CARD only).
Via Standing Instruction
Call SIVC Credit Control Department, to obtain the Recurring Authorization Form. Fax / mail the completed form to SIVC Credit Control Collection Department. (Payment by CREDIT CARD only).
Online Payment

a) For CIMB account holder, you may login to your CIMB Clicks account and make the necessary payment online.

b) For Other Banks account holder (Only for Maybank, Hong Leong, Bank Islam, RHB & Public Bank), please visit www.cimbclicks.com.my and make the necessary payment online.

Transaction Description: Please State your IC No./ Passport No./ Full Name.
