Often boiled, steamed or stir fried, kale’s health promoting properties and versatility allow us to incorporate it in numerous ways including teas, smoothies and snacks.

The resilience and adaptability of kale being able to grow in a variety of conditions make it easy to maintain a low carbon footprint.

From Farm to Table

As part of Sunway XFarms’ commitment to sustainable agriculture, they have partnered with Sunway Multicare Pharmacy to launch GreenBliss Kale Tea, a health-inspired kale tea collection designed to boost the well-being of our community – especially for those with busy lifestyles.

Sunway XFarms has partnered with Sunway Multicare Pharmacy to offer three delightful blends of kale tea with health-boosting properties.

The kale brew comes in three delightful blends – the earthy Diett-tea to improve digestion and stimulate toxins removal from the body; the calming Alkali-tea which is anti-inflammatory and low in tannins; and the sweet yet savoury Imuni-tea blended with immunity-boosting herbs to nourish your body.

Rich in calcium, fibre, prebiotics, vitamins A, C and K as well as antioxidants, the kale tea collection addresses overall health and well-being.

Available at more than 100 Sunway Multicare Pharmacy retail stores as well as at sunwayxfarms.com, the GreenBliss Kale Tea collection is the cultivation of fresh kale that has been sustainably grown in a fully controlled, indoor smart farm.

This initiative is in line with our commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN-SDGs), specifically Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being and Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production.

Sunway XFarms grows a variety of pesticide-free crops, including kale, spinach, lettuce and nai pak (milk cabbage).

Harvested at peak nutrition and flavour, kale is among many other pesticide-free crop offerings as part of Sunway XFarms’ dedication to providing fresh, safe and nutrient-dense produce to our community.
