SUNWAY CLINCHED TWO AWARDS AT FIABCI MALAYSIA PROPERTY AWARD Sunway Rymba Hills and Lost World of Tambun recognised for excellence

Sunway has clinched two awards at the FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards this year with Sunway Rymba Hills winning the Malaysia Property Award 2014 in the Residential (Low Rise) category and the Lost World of Tambun winning in the Resort category. The FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards recognises projects that are a cut above the rest and is deemed the “Oscars” of the property industry.

The awards were presented at a Gala Dinner, which hosted 1,500 people comprising members of FIABCI, invited local and overseas guests, and top leaders of leading real estate companies and property-related industries.

At the ceremony, Ong Ghee Bin, Executive Director of Property Development Division, Central Region, Malaysia; received the award for Sunway Rymba Hills, while Calvin Ho, Senior General Manager of Sunway Theme Parks; received the award on behald of the Lost World of Tambun from the royal guest of honour for the night, Yang Amat Mulia Tunku Besar Seri Menanti Tunku Ali Redhauddin Ibni Tuanku Muhriz.

Sunway Rymba Hills is a Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability (LOHAS) and secure residential development built on 19.72 acre prime land in Sunway Damansara. Winning entries for FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards will be submitted to compete against the world’s best developments for the 2015 FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award. The latter will be presented at the annual world congress, which draws delegates from over 60 countries and over 120 professional organisations worldwide.
