Sunway Iskandar & Sunway Velocity named best in two categories

Sunway Property bagged two coveted awards at the iProperty People’s Choice Awards at its Gala Dinner held at One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya. Sunway Iskandar was named Best Township of the Year while Sunway Velocity was named the winner in the Best Integrated Development Category.

Tan Wee Bee, Executive Director of Property and Construction, Southern Region, Malaysia and Singapore received the award for Sunway Iskandar after it was named Best Township of the Year.

Sarena Cheah, Joint Managing Director of Property Division for Malaysia and Singapore said that Sunway Property is humbled to have garnered these recognitions at the iProperty People’s Choice Awards.

The inaugural People’s Choice Awards was aimed at recognising the best of Malaysia’s property industry from the consumers’ perspective.

Members of the public were invited to vote for their favourite developers and developments on iProperty Malaysia’s website. A total of 150 entries were received and reviewed by the judges who shortlisted 55 entries for 10 categories. The voting period was for over a month and the results were announced at the gala dinner.

Dubbed as the City of Endless Possibilities and the winner of the Best Integrated Development category, Sunway Velocity is a freehold 23-acre self-sustaining integrated development located in KL South, only 3.8 km to the city centre.
