PopBox is an automated parcel locker that provides contactless delivery for online shoppers, allowing users to send and receive their parcels in a convenient and secure way.

Our aim is to make parcel receiving and returns easy for online buyers. We do this by providing users a unique OTP via SMS/WhatsApp to collect their parcel when it arrives.

In 2016, Sunway Multicare Pharmacy opened Malaysia’s very first pharmacy store in a petrol station at Caltex. Fast forward two years to 2018, we have increased to a total of 10 outlets in the Klang Valley region and are still rapidly expanding today.
