                                                                          considers the Great Resignation to be more of a “great
                                                                          re ection”, as the pandemic has given talents more time to
                                                                          re ect on their priorities and newfound abilities – leading to a
                                                                          possible reset in life choices.
                                                                          Widespread resignations, she said, are more likely to happen
                                                                          only if employees  nd their values mismatched with those held
                                                                          by their employers.
                                                                          “Sustainability does not come from hiring the brightest minds
                                                                          but from hiring people aligned to a company’s core values,
                                                                          mission and purpose,” she said.
                                                                          “We’re happy that our recent internal survey showed 74% of
                                                                          our employees felt a sense of congruency between our employer
                                                                          brand image and their employee experience. Our award wins
                                                                          may speak volumes of our employer brand, but our focus
                                                                          remains on our employees, as we believe they are the real
                                                                          ambassadors,” said Foo.
