Sunway Construction Group took home the Best Major Building Project award at the Malaysian Construction Industry Excellence Awards 2024, for outstanding contributions in innovation, sustainability and quality across the construction sector.

Sunway Construction Group won Highest Return on Equity Over Three Years for the sixth consecutive year and clinched Highest Returns to Shareholders Over Three Years at The Edge Billion Ringgit Club 2024, in recognition of continued excellence in financial performance and corporate responsibility.

Sunway clinched five awards at the 2024 National Corporate Governance & Sustainability Awards where all three public-listed companies – Sunway Berhad, Sunway Construction and Sunway REIT each bagged the Industry Excellence Award in their respective industry categories. Sunway Berhad and Sunway Construction also took home the Overall Excellence Award, ranking among the top 10 companies out of 854 public-listed companies assessed.

Sunway was among Malaysia’s Best Managed Companies 2024 by Deloitte Private for the fourth consecutive year, earning the prestigious Gold status for sustained excellence and resilience in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

Sunway REIT bagged the Platinum Award for Best Retail REIT at the Asia Pacific Best of the Breeds REITs Awards 2024 that recognised outstanding performers across APAC who demonstrate leadership, financial acumen, and innovative approaches to REIT management.

Sunway REIT clinched Gold as the best performer in the REIT sector at The Edge ESG Awards 2024, for demonstrating excellence and commitment to ESG principles.

Sunway is named among the Top 1% leading employers in Malaysia and took home 11 awards across industry categories as well as the 5 Consecutive Years Winners title at the Talentbank Graduates’ Choice Awards 2024.

Sunway’s excellence in HR practices clinched two Gold awards at the inaugural SEEK People & Purpose Awards 2024 as Sunway Healthcare and Sunway Construction both clinched Top Voted Employer in their respective industry categories.

Sunway won four awards at the Australasian Reporting Awards (ARA) 2024 for excellence in reporting. Sunway Berhad won Gold for Sustainability Reporting and Bronze for General Award, while Sunway REIT won Gold for General Award and Bronze for Sustainability Reporting.
