The Sunway Scholarship is open to qualified candidates aged 25 years and below, including eligible Sunway staff and dependants.

Sunway offers full scholarships covering tuition fees, living allowances and relevant incidental expenses to deserving students pursuing tertiary education in Malaysia or overseas, with career development opportunities upon graduation.

The Sunway Agility Challenge (SAC) is a heuristic, end-to-end case study challenge in which participants rotate across different business divisions across Sunway to gain industry experience and address real-life business challenges. Participants will work in teams under the guidance of industry mentors throughout the programme.

The Sunway Fellowship is an eight-month, corporate-integrated leadership programme for university students, designed to develop future-ready talent through real business exposure across Sunway’s ecosystem.

Delivered in a hybrid format, the programme includes at least one group-level business transformation project, an internship placement within the Fellow’s preferred function, and a cohort-led flagship initiative. This is complemented by structured workshops, in-house mentoring, and engagements with peers and leaders across the organisation.
