Sunway Group, one of Southeast Asia’s leading conglomerates, bagged three awards at the HR Excellence Awards 2023, including most coveted “Employer of the Year” award.
Sunway took home Gold in the categories of “Employer of the Year” and “Excellence in Employee Volunteerism”, and Bronze for “Excellence in CSR Strategy”, in recognition of the company’s outstanding achievement and innovation in human resources management,

Established in 2013, the HR Excellence Awards were conceived as a platform for HR teams to highlight their innovative strategies and initiatives.
The 2023 11th edition of HR Excellence Awards is now a regional platform covering Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Philippines honouring best-in-class HR practices through a rigorous peer-reviewed process by a jury of esteemed HR practitioners across Asia.
Sunway also recently dominated the Talentbank Graduates’ Choice Awards 2023, by clinching nine significant wins illustrating Sunway’s excellence across multiple industries.
