Sunway Group, one of Southeast Asia’s leading conglomerates, successfully concluded its nationwide Sunway Mega Roadshow 2025.

Themed “The Next 50 Years and Beyond”, the event generated RM60 million in sales revenue, with Sunway Super App registering a record-high RM6.1 million in digital payment transactions alone.

Between 13 February to 2 March 2025, the roadshow covered Sunway City Kuala Lumpur, Sunway City Iskandar Puteri, Penang, and Ipoh. It also marked its first-ever international debut in Singapore.

A key highlight of the Sunway Mega Roadshow 2025 was the Sunway Super App’s integral role for various business-to-consumer and business-to-business deals, along with an impressive growth rate, which saw a significant hike of users and transactions throughout the campaign.

The roadshow also recorded 54,000 downloads and 24,000 new sign-ups for the app, representing a 26% and 15% year-on-year growth respectively.

These achievements, along with the 33 million app engagements registered during the roadshow, underscore Sunway’s growing momentum in its digital transformation journey.

Sunway Super App, the Group’s one-stop lifestyle app launched in 2023, connects users to Sunway’s products and services through its extensive ecosystem, as well as exclusive app deals and programmes.

“Sunway has grown from its humble beginnings to become one of Southeast Asia’s leading conglomerates. This journey has not been without challenges, particularly in bringing together and leveraging our diverse businesses across multiple sectors.

As such, the Sunway Mega Roadshow was conceived as an avenue to showcase the best of Sunway’s offerings under one roof,” said Sunway Group deputy president, Evan Cheah.

The roadshow which boasted a RM2 million prize pool saw the grand prize lucky winner drive home a brand-new electric vehicle worth more than RM100,000.

Another lucky winner won an all-expenses-paid-for weekend trip at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat in Sunway City Ipoh, which includes being chauffeured in a luxury multipurpose electric vehicle.
