Sunway RE Capital’s investment in PBSA is via a private fund established in Singapore, Sunway Residence Trust, with an AUM of £59 mil, comprising a portfolio of 4 properties with 595 beds in key cities in the UK and all in Russell Group cities (i.e. Bristol, Manchester and Sheffield).
