Talent Advancement Programme

The Talent Advancement Programme (TAP) is a programme to groom and develop those who have been identified as potential successors.

Under TAP, talents have the privilege to be funded for MBA programs, to gain membership into the Harvard Club’s, as well as attend the prestigious Arbinger’s Core at Work workshop. Additionally, Executive Coaching is provided to ensure that talents are on the right career track.
